Air Treat Gum Coating System for Xylitol Chewing Gum

This air conditioning de-humidification system adopts energy-saving de-humidification heating technology, which uses the waste heat generated during the operation of the chiller to heat and dehumidify the air of the air conditioner.

This energy-saving technology can save a huge amount of operating costs, and it is the core technology of our air conditioning dehumidification system.

The installed capacity of the energy-saving air conditioning dehumidification system is about 122kw (without waste heat utilization technology 322kw is needed).

The air supply parameters of the coated air conditioner are:

Rated air volume: 30000 m3/h;

Temperature: 16 ~ 28℃;

Relative humidity: 45% ~ 25%

The three parameters can be adjusted separately. This system can make your gum coating more efficient, especially for xylitol chewing gum. We can provide complete chewing gum plant of machines in addition to this professional coating system.
