Ever wondered what goes into making Chocolate Machine? And it all begins with the cocoa bean. The cacao bean is picked from the cacao tree and roasted, at which point its complex, flavorful nature emerges. After roasting, the cocoa bean is ground into a thick paste known as chocolate liquor.
We are proud of our chocolate manufacture process. Our talented chocolatiers work around the clock to produce extraordinary chocolate bars, truffles, and bonbons for customers to savor. Love and care put into every piece of chocolate, so it tastes amazing.
Production of chocolate is a sophisticated process that involves a series of steps. The cocoa beans are first harvested and roasted to allow the flavor to emerge. The cocoa beans are then ground into a thick paste known as Chocolate Warm Keeping Tank. Sugar, milk and other ingredients are then added to the chocolate liquor to make the coating creamy and delicious.
The chocolate is heated, then stirred until it is glossy and thick. Finally, they pour the chocolate in a mold and let it cool. After the chocolate has cooled and hardened, it is taken out of the molds, boxed up and shipped to stores for people to snack on.
The first step of our producing process is to blend the cocoa beans with sugar, milk, and an emulsifier to develop chocolate liquor. The chunks of cocoa solid and cocoa butter are then brought into liquid form and stirred until perfectly evened out. Chocolate Tempering Machine is then poured into molds, allowed to cool and set.
