Cold Drum

After being mixed in the inflatable mixer, the cooked paste is then poured into the hopper of the cold drum. Inside the cold drum, there is circulating ice water, and the paste adheres to the outer wall of the cold drum forming a thin layer for cooling and then moving to pulling machine.

Pulling Machine

After passing through the cold drum, the paste enters the conveying section. Through the PTFE 00plate, the paste is gathered into strips. Then it enters the pulling machine. The pulling machine performs pulling and exhausting to enhance the taste and color. When it reaches the appropriate state, it is transported from below by the rotating wheel of the pulling machine and then sent to the incline belt for entering the extruder.

D-type inflatable cooking mixing machine

The inflatable cooking & mixing machine is connected to the automatic batching pipeline. The automatic batching system heats, mixes and stirs the raw materials, and then pours them into the pressure-pumping tank for boiling. When the temperature reaches the required level, it undergoes vacuum cooling and is reduced to around 100 degrees. It is then injected into the B tank. In the B tank, protein powder or gelatin is added for inflation and rapid stirring and whipping. When whipped to the desired degree, it is pressurized and injected into the C tank. In the C tank, the necessary ingredients such as oils and milk powder can be added for mixing and stirring.

This extruder is used to continuously form and extrude bubble gum or chewy candy ropes. The machine has advanced electrical control system and mechanical transmission structure, safe and reliable, easy to clean

Operational principle:

This machine is equipped with two feeding and extrusion systems, which can be used for the extrusion molding of single color dough. The dough is placed in the hopper, and is pressed into the extrusion chamber by the feeding rollers. Under the action of the extrusion screw, the dough is continuously sent into the collective component, and a molding mold is set at the outlet of the collective component, thus obtaining continuous and stable candy ropes. The extrusion chamber can be separated from the horizontal center plane of the extrusion screw for flipping and cleaning operations. When changing candy shape, only the molds need to be replaced, and the cost is low.

7 Layer cooling tunnel: Model No.: GFCT450-7

This machine makes the candy ropes move back and forth along the conveyor belt inside the cabinet from top to bottom. Under the effect of the cold air, it achieves the purposes of cooling and dehumidification. The channel can also provide insulation and moisture retention for the candy ropes. The refrigeration system of this machine consists of a wind-cooled evaporator and a water-cooled compression condensing unit. The wind-cooled evaporator is composed of four units forming a system. They cycle defrosting at regular intervals to ensure that the surface fins of the evaporator operate normally at low temperatures without frosting, ensuring alternating and continuous refrigeration. Two channel circulating fans distribute the cold air throughout the channel, maximizing the cooling effect. This machine is also equipped with three sets of channel balance electric heating.
