Decent gum coating requires the wind into coating pans to be at certain temperature, certain moisture & strong enough wind amount, especially for sugar free gum coating.

We have unique, efficient, energy saving & air treated gum coating system.

Another advantage is that you can use the coating pans to coat different flavors or colors at same time, to meet the market trend of variety of small orders.

Our air conditioning dehumidification system adopts energy-saving dehumidification heating technology, which uses the waste heat generated during the operation of the chiller to heat and dehumidify the air conditioning air. This energy-saving technology can save a huge amount of operating costs, and it is the core technology of our air conditioning dehumidification system.

The installed capacity of the energy-saving air conditioning dehumidification system is about：122kw (without waste heat utilization technology 322kw is needed).

The air supply parameters of the coated air conditioner are: rated air volume: 30000 m3/h, temperature: 16 ~ 28℃, relative humidity: 45% ~ 25%, the three parameters can be adjusted separately.
